Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Country House purchases. If you are not satisfied, return your order within 30 days for an exchange, credit or refund. Please insure any returned packages. We regret that freight charges are not refundable. Grab bags, sale items, personalized items and special order items are not returnable. Orders for personalized and drop shipped items cannot be cancelled. Wallpaper, wallpaper borders, lamp shades and fabric items must have original wrapping intact in order to be returned. All returned items must be in saleable condition for refund to be issued. Please note that all returns should be sent to:
